What kind of Packing Supplies do you have in stock?
We have several sizes of boxes to fit your needs as well as tape, rope, moisture control items, a variety of locks, and packing paper.

Are my belongings insured?
Check with your homeowners or renters policy to see what it covers for your unit belongings. Whyte’s Shelter Storage does not provide insurance. You can check with MiniCo insurance at 800-544-6464 or log onto www.tenantone.com for insurance needs.
How do I rent a unit?
Simply call or stop by our office and let our staff know the kind of storage you need, we gather some basic information, please bring in photo identification and we will get you started. Call our office at 425-353-1055 for more details.
Do you have heated and unheated units?
We have several sized units in both heated and unheated. A staff member can help you determine what size will work best for you and will help guide you if a heated unit is what you need at the time of the rental.

What are the Facility and Office Hours?
Our office is staffed every day of the week for your convenience, Monday – Saturday 9am- 6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Gate Hours are 6am-8pm 7 days a week every day of the year including holidays.
What are my choices for unit sizes?
We have several size choices for you starting with 5×5 and getting as large as 20×30. Please call our office and speak with a staff member who can help you make the best choice for what you need.

When are my monthly payments due?
Your payments for any storage would be due the 1st of each month, but not considered late until the 10th of each month, therefore giving you a grace period to pay your payment without penalty. First month prices are pro-rated for mid-month rentals. Mid month departures are not pro-rated out.
What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money orders, personal checks. Please ask our staff for more options regarding automatic payment options.
Where is your facility located?
We’re located just west of the Everett Boeing plant on Hwy. 526 at the North end of the Paine Field Airport in Everett, WA. Our street address is 8040 40th Ave. West Mukilteo,WA. 98275.
